ICD9Code Webservice allows user search ICD9 Codes (The International 
Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision).

Usage Notes

Use HTTP POST web form to test the service:
http://www.webservicemart.com/icd9code.asmx?op=ICD9Codes

List of codes could be filtered by first character(s): E*, 37* and/or 
length (3, 4, 5)
Unfiltered list consists of 7234 items
